How does the photo projection work?
Your chosen photo is carefully embedded inside the projection crystal. You can view the image by looking through the crystal or by shining a light through it to project the image onto a flat surface.
Can I use any photo?
Yes. You can upload photos of loved ones, family members, pets, friends, special occasions or meaningful moments.
For the best results, we recommend using clear, well-lit images where the subject is easy to see.
What if my photo is low quality?
Don't worry. We use advanced image enhancement technology to improve photo quality wherever possible before creating your jewellery.
If we believe your image may not produce the best result, we'll contact you before production begins.
How long does it take to receive my order?
As every piece is handcrafted and personalised to order, please allow approximately 7–14 business days for production and delivery.
Many orders arrive sooner, but personalised jewellery requires additional crafting time.
Is the photo visible to everyone?
No. Your photo remains discreetly hidden inside the projection crystal and can only be viewed when looking through the crystal or projecting it with light.
Is this a good gift?

Can I cancel or change my order?
As all items are handcrafted to order, orders can be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of purchase.
After this time, production may have already begun and changes may no longer be possible.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do you offer returns?
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us and we'll make it right.
